Our perspective of life, health, and maximizing the quality of life of our clients is our priority. Often times, our culture in the United States is at such a high rate of speed, conflict, and work, that we are not able to recognize the emotional toll our bodies take on. Our focus is on the "root cause" (stress, anxieties, tension, etc...) of the issues that motivates the body to break down. Thus, as those things are dealt with, the mind, emotions, and body, have the opportunity to for restoration and healing.
In a study by Harvard School of Medicine it was revealed 75% of all illness and disease is stress related. Stress comes in various forms. Stress can come by sound, food, lifestyle choices, bad decisions, technology, transference (from family, friends, co-workers, etc...), and other avenues that disrupt our daily routine(s) (relocating, divorce, job changes, religious obligations, etc...).
